The Allen & Heath AB-168 Stage Box is a rugged, portable 48kHz remote AudioRack designed for seamless integration with Allen & Heath Qu, SQ, and GLD mixers. Ideal for live sound, installations, houses of worship, touring acts, and production companies, this stage box expands your system’s I/O while delivering pristine audio over long distances.

With 16 high-quality recallable mic preamps (each with Phantom Power indicators) and 8 balanced XLR line outputs, the AB-168 brings all your stage inputs and monitor outputs closer to the action — reducing cable clutter, improving signal quality, and simplifying setup.

Powered by Allen & Heath’s robust dSNAKE protocol, the AB-168 connects via a single Cat5e/Cat6 cable up to 100m, ensuring reliable low-latency audio transmission. A second EtherCon port allows daisy-chaining another AB-168 or connecting a ME personal monitoring system.

Built for the road, its rubber bumpers, reinforced housing, and 4.8kg lightweight construction make it stage-tough and highly portable. A rackmount kit is available for fixed installations.
